That's a really beautiful image. The sense of delicacy is well preserved despite the high saturation colours. The colour scheme gives it a fantasy feel, and a sense of magic. My only suggestion would be that comparatively the hands are a bit drab. They need a boost in contrast, in particular the lighter areas could benefit from being lighter still. You could do this in seconds in Photoshop using curves if the hands are on a separate layer.
